Here, my favorites of October
- Granarolo Milk, lactose free -30% sugar: during winter, I like waking up and have a cup of hot cappuccino. This milk is my favorite. Perfect if I want a soothing, consistent foam. Approved!
- Sgambaro, kamut pasta. This pasta is an excellent alternative to the traditional durum wheat pasta. It is perfect for your children in the soups with vegetables (like minestrone). Once cooked, it doesn’t loose its consistency but remains firm and “al dente”.
- Cirio, Sicilian datterino sauce. Sweet and delicious. It doesn’t need to be over cooked. Try it with spaghetti or for fish recipes like this: Click here
