Eight districts: Castellina in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa, Radda, San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Gaiole, Greve in Chianti, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Castelnuova Berardenga and a pinch of discrict of Poggibonsi. Approximately 70.000 hectares of land.
What are we Talking about? Let's immagine: nobility, respect and quality. Nothing less but a wine, Chianti.
12° and 11 months of aging at least, ruby red coloured with a "winy" scent, its taste is dry and velvety over time. All these features make Classic Chianti DOCG one of the best wine that the whole world envies.
How to drink? Before tasting, it need to be oxygenated. The bottle should be OpenEd one hour earlier, otherwise you can decant and serve it at 16/18*. Serve Chianti in a tulip wine glass to better appreciate it.
