Tested for you: My experience with "Viva la farina"
Next to Porta Palazzo market, in the very center of Turin, you can find the Central Market, place of local and quality food.
Here I’ve met the products of Viva la Farina for the first time. Their flour comes from local wheat and is stone ground, that means a flour rich in fiber and nutritional substances. I couldn’t ask anything better that this. Which is my favorite? Flour for “pizza”, a mix of type 1 flour and rye flour. I’ve also tried multi cereals and “Effepi”, a particular flour perfect for long maturation. All amazing.
If you want to try them too please have a look on their on line page or, if you live in Turin, go to the Central Market.
