The three best Cafés for breakfast in Milan
Don't ask me to skip breakfast. Probably, I could have a quick lunch or dinner and it would be ok, but in the morning I can't do without a slow and rich breakfast. When this is not possible because I'm in a hurry, I treat myself to a warm cappuccino and croissants. Here my favorite places for a delightful breakfast.
You’ve already heard these words, but the same goes for me.
Biancolatte - Via Filippo Turati, 30
A perfect total-white location with a unique atmosphere. The Menù is rich, you can find everything you like. What you should try is “pane e Nutella” (not for the faint of heart). Curiosity: in it you can also find a shop where it is possible to buy many products “biancolatte” branded. All the proceeds will be given to a project involved into African women education.
Pasticceria De Luca - Via Bergognone, 3
One of those places that everyone dreams about. High quality and variety of croissants, pastry, cakes and biscuits that every morning are baked from the lab located next to it. The stuff takes care of you in a very kind way. Their most delicious products are: blackberry jam brioche, cereal muffins, pear and chocolate pies. You can drink your coffee inside or sit in the veranda.
Lu Bar - Via Palestro, 16
LùBar is the right place if you are looking for a relaxing and elegant location, far from the caos of the citylife. Opened from morning to evening, it’s gastronomic offer is very rich: at breakfast you can choose the classic “cornetto” or “bread with ham and butter” declined in a Sicilian way: Tumminia whole wheat semolina bread and ricotta cheese with orange honey. Last but not least: perfect instagrammable place.
