I was at the supermarket, looking for something new and tasty. Few minutes later, a girl comes next to me with the Focaccia al formaggio Tossini and asked me if I already knew it. No, I didn’t. I decided to try it and so, I bought one package. Once come back home, I turned on the oven and bake the focaccia. I cut into small squares, added some cherry tomatoes and salad and our lunch was ready. What a surprise! It was delicious.

I should make 3 recipes: a starter, a main dish and a sweet. I run in the kitchen to make my own recipe: focaccia rolls with grilled eggplant and confit tomatoes. As soon as I taste it, I understand that this focaccia is even better together with other ingredients. Thanks to this recipe, today I’m officially a Tossini ambassador.
