Honey whole wheat biscuits

This biscuits are very easy to make but, above all, they should be made with your children! Usually, they love kneading and using their fantasy to create different shapes of biscuits! We chose to make many little balls and decorate with a fork. Delicious at breakfast or as snack in the afternoon!

La Mozzarella in Carrozza - Honey whole wheat biscuits


- Mix the flour with the butter until you obtein a crumbly consistence. 

- Add sugar, the egg and the baking powder, then the 2 Tbsp of honey. Knead with your hands until well combined. Put in the fridge 30min to chill.

- Shape 30 little balls and arrange over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Garnish with a fork, pressing it gently on the top.

- Bake at 180 degrees for about 5 min until slightly golden. Keep cold before removing them from the baking tray.
