When I cook for my children I always think that their dishes should be healthy but beautiful and yummy as well. Fish is good for children but usually they don't like it. Here, the flavor of the fish is hidden by the other ingredients and the final result is so good!
- Prepare the sauce: cut all the vegetables into cubes and put them in a saucepan. Cook with some water and one teaspoon of oil so that they will not fry. Add the tomato sauce and 1/2 glass of water. Cook for about 20 min, until thickened.
- In another sauce pan bring water to boil, add the orata fillet and cook very few minutes.
- In the same water cook the baby pasta, drain it and combine with the vegetables sauce and the orata cut into little pieces.
- Season with some extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil leaves.
