Homemade fresh pasta with durum wheat flour.

- 300g Durum wheat flour
- 150ml Water
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin olive oil


Homemade fresh pasta is very cheap and easy! If you don’t have the time to prepare it, make it in advance, place on a tray and refrigerate. Once ready, put into a freezer bag: when you want to cook it, pour directly into the boiling water. 


- Pour the flour onto a working surface. Add the pinch of salt and stir. Create a hole in the center and add the water and the oil. Mix with a fork until mixture just comes together.

- Start kneading with your hand until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for about 15 min before using it.
