- 80g Cocoa powder
- 90g Icing sugar
- 15g Potato starch
- 15g Rice starch
- 60g Dark chocolate 70%, finely chopped
- To make one mug of hot chocolate: 150ml Milk, 2 Tbsp of cacao mix


I always say “yes” to a creamy, hot chocolate, especially if it is homemade. This special mix for homemade hot chocolate is perfect for you and your family during winter evenings. It could also be a lovely present for Christmas: use your imagination to decorate the jar and write the ingredients + the directions of how to make the hot chocolate. - Sift all the dry ingredients and whisk them together in a large bowl. Add the chopped dark chocolate and mix. Transfer the mix in a a mason jar.

- How to make hot chocolate: add 2 Tbsp of hot chocolate mix to a sauce pan. Stir in 150ml of milk and whisk together. Cook on medium-high heat with constant stirring until thickened. Serve immediately!

N.B. You can serve hot chocolate with every kind of biscuits or cookies. Try it with meringues or with whipped cream.
