Here the first recipe with the delicious Focaccia Tossini. it is a tasty and irresistible starter very easy to make that every body will love. Serve it with any season you like, I choose crème fraîche with dried tomatoes, lemon juice and fresh mint leaves. Let’s cook it together!
- Cut the Focaccia Tossini into twelve little squares. Beat the egg and add a pinch of salt.
- Dip the squares into the beaten egg, than coat each side with the breadcrumbs. Let chill in the fridge.
- Meanwhile prepare the dipping: mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice, add the dried tomatoes cut into small pieces and the mint.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and when it’s hot dip fry the focaccia’s squares. It will take just one minute. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with the crème fraîche sauce.
