- Cut the mozzarella into slices and dry each stick with kitchen paper to remove the excess water.
- Coat each mozzarella stick in the flour, than the beaten eggs and finally into the breadcrumbs. Once breaded, coat again into the beaten egg and the breadcrumbs so they will have a thick shell to keep the cheese inside.
- Freeze the sticks for about 30min. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large sauce pan.
- Deep fry the sticks for about 2 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and season with a pinch of salt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
