BlackBerry muffins with white chocolate chips

Delicious blackberry muffins, perfect for a sweet snack or for breakfast!

Yields: 9 Muffins   Prep: 10Min ~ Cooking Time: 25Min   Diff: Facile
- 190g All purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 Eggs
- 75g White Sugar
- 75g Whole cane Sugar
- 120ml Peanut oil
- 112g Sour cream (in alternativa, stessa quantità di latte o di yogurt)
- 160g Blueberries
- White chocolate chips


Every time I make muffins, my kids are “Yeee mum has made muffins!”. These little sweet treats make them feel very happy because they are delicious and irresistible! Blackberries will melt while muffins are cooking and they’ll become like jam... Prepare the ingredients and try them!


A - In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cane sugar, baking soda, baking powder. Into another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients: Eggs, sour cream and oil. Gradually pour the liquid into the dry ingredients and stir just to combine.

B - Rinse blackberry and dry with some paper towel. Sprinkle them with a bit of flour so they won’t fall down on the bottom of the muffins and add to the batter.

C - Use a spoon or an ice cream spoon to fill paper-line muffins cups two-thirds full. 

D - Add some white chips chocolate on the top and bake at 200 degrees for the first 5 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees and continue to bake for about 15/20 minutes.
