Chocolate crinkle cookies, the traditional Christmas cookies, fudgy and delicious.

- 100g Dark chocolate 70%
- 70g Butter
- 100g All purpose flour
- 10g Cocoa powder
- 20g Almond flour
- 5g Baking powder
- 1 big Egg
- 70g Sugar
- Rolling
- 90g Sugar
- 60g Icing Sugar


- Melt the chocolate and the butter in the microwave or bain-marie. Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside. 

- Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy and pale, stir in the chocolate mixture and the dry ingredients as well.

- Mix all the ingredients until combined. The batter will be sticky, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let chill for about 1 hour.

- Once the dough is ready, shape it into many little balls of 20g each. Roll each ball into the granulated sugar than generously into the icing sugar.

- Arrange the cookies over a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 160 degrees for 15-20min. Let cookies cool before serving.
