- In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder.
- In another bowl whisk the liquids: milk, yogurt, oil and the yolk. Whip the egg white until firm.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Carefully, fold in whipped egg white.
- Heat a well oiled pan and cook the pancakes 1 minute on each side.
- Serve the pancakes immediately with fresh fruits and melted chocolate.
