La Mozzarella In Carrozza - Chocolate “salami”
Chocolate salami, the perfect sweet treat very easy to make

Yields: 2 Chocolate salami   Prep: 30Min   Diff: Easy
- 450g Chocolate (Milk, dark, or Kinder chocolate)
- 100g Butter
- 200g Greek yogurt or Mascarpone
- 250g Digestive biscuits
- Powdered sugar, for coating


- Place the chocolate and the butter into a large bowl and heat in a double boiler until completely melted. Once cooled, stir in the biscuits reduced into small crumbs and the greek yogurt.

- Mix until all the ingredients are combined. Spread the mixture out in two sheets of parchment paper and shaping into a log, wrap very well like candies.

- Let chill in the fridge for at least three hours. Before serving, remove the parchment paper and dust the logs with icing sugar.

- You can add everything you like: hazelnuts, walnuts, espresso or raisins!
