These are hard days for us. We are spending a lot of time at home, in the kitchen. Cooking helps me and my children to feel better, even if outside things are going bad. These cookies are made with very simple ingredients and are delicious. Perfect for breakfast, for the 5 o’clock tea and during the coffee break. Let’s make them together!
- Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder with the butter over a working surface until the dough becomes crumbly. Make a hole in the middle and pour in the beaten eggs with sugar and salt.
- Knead until combined, then add the chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into a long cylinder and place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, cut the cylinder into 1cm thick slices and place the biscuits over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 8minutes. Let cool before serving. Enjoy.
