Ingredients
- 200ml Condensed Milk
- 80g 70% cocoa dark chocolate
- 300ml Heavy cream

Directions

- Melt the chocolate over a bain marie. Stir together the sweetened condensed milk and the melted chocolate until combined.

- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the mixture of chocolate and sweetened condensed milk and combine all the ingredients gently.

- Transfer the ice cream into a glass or steel container and freeze at least 5 hours before serving.
