- 130g Butter
- 60g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- Vanilla natural to taste
- 200g Nutella

I like making snacks that we usually find on the shelves: I think it is so easy and satisfying! Today you can get the recipe of Nutella filled biscuits, which Leo was dreaming every night. Everyone would be able to make them! Have you already taste them?

- Mix the flour with the butter, just to combine, until the mixture becomes similar to the wet sand. Add sugar, the egg and the vanilla natural extract. Knead until smooth.

- Cut the dough into two. Put one half in the fridge and roll up the other one between two sheets of parchment paper. With a round cutter, make 10 circles and arrange them over a muffin pan pressing down the dough. Place over each circle a Pisa e of parchment paper and fill with some dry legumes. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20min. Once ready, let them cool.

- Take the other half ofdough out of the fridge and roll it up over a floured working surface. Cut 10 circles (smaller then the previous ones). With the leftover dough, make 10 little hearts that you will press over each little circles. Arrange them over a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 15min.

- Fill the biscuits with one tsp of Nutella then press over it the second little circle. Your Nutella biscuits are ready!
