La Mozzarella In Carrozza

Pan di Stelle biscuits and Nutella dessert, #WorldNutellaDay

An easy and quick dessert with biscuits and whipped cream.

Yields:   Cooking Time:   Diff:
- 21 Chocolate biscuits
- 250ml fresh Cream
- 2 tablespoons of Nutella
- 3 small cups of coffee
- Cocoa powder


If I could make one wish come true it would be eating sweets without getting fat! Who don't? I swear you: this is not a light recipe but the swimsuit season is still so far!


A - Whip the fresh cream and add the two tablespoons of Nutella. Stir gently to combine the mixture.

B - Soak the biscuits into the cold coffee and place them in a 20*20 square dish, covering the entire base.

C - Pour over the Nutella whipped cream to cover all the biscuits.

D - Repeat the last passage until you finish all the ingredients. Conclude with a last layer of whipped cream and just before serving sprinkle the top with some cocoa powder.
