La Mozzarella In Carrozza - Water cake, super fluffy
Water cake with no eggs and butter, very easy and delicious. A Vegan Cakes.

- 300g Cake flour
- 16g Baking powder
- 200ml Water, warm
- 130g Sugar
- 120ml Spremuta di arancia filtrata
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil

I decided to add orange juice to add more Taste to the cake but you can choose any kind of juice, even lemon! This cake reminds me to those Who made my grandma when I was a child... Let’s make it together!


- Sift the flour and the baking powder twice. 

- Pour the warm water over the Sugar and mix until melted. 

- Add the water to the Dry ingredients, then the orange juice and the oil. Mix until combined.

- Place the batter into a round baking tray (22cm diameter) and bake at 180degrees for 25min.
