- Mix the flours with the yeast and sugar. Add gradually the milk and the salt, than stir with a spoon.
- Cut the butter into small cubes and knead them into the dough until they are no more visible. (Add two cubes at a time)
- Cover the bowl and let chill for 15min than start to knead until the dough becomes smooth and no more sticky. Leave the dough at room temperature until doubled in size, for about 2h.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured working surface and divide it into 8 equal pieces of 90g more or less. Shape each piece into a smooth round ball.
- Arrange the buns over a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Leave to proof for 30-40min.
- Brush the buns with the egg wash and sprinkle with Sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180degrees for 20-25min until golden.
