Chicken and spinach patties, a tasty and healthy recipe perfect even for those children who don’t like vegetables

- 300g Chicken breast slices
- 120g Frozen spinach
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch of Salt
- For tasty
- All purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- Mixture of breadcrumbs and Grated cheese


- Cook the spinach with a pinch of salt and dome EV olive oil. Once ready, sqeeze them as much as possibile to remove the excess water.

- In a food processor, put the chicken breast and one tbsp of milk. Start mixing, than add the spinach, the grated cheese and a pinch of salt and reduced everything into a puré.

- Divide the mixture into three pieces and form three balls. Shape each ball into a “cotoletta”.

- Coat the patties into the flour, than into the beaten eggs and finally into the mixture of breadcrumbs and grated cheese.

- Heat some EV olive oil in a frying pan and cook the patties 4 minutes on each side. Serve warm with a fresh salad or with some cherry tomatoes.
