- 1 Bunch of Asparagous
- 100g thinly sliced Speck
- 100g Provola cheese, sliced
- Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Olio evo


If you don’t know how to cook asparagus, try this recipe, everyone will love it! Hot and tasty thanks to the cheese and the speck, they are irresistible! Last but not least: it’s very easy and quick to make them and you can also prepare them in advance. Put in the oven just 10 min before serving.


- Peel asparagus, discarding woody, dry ends. Parboil them in salted water until crispy tender, about 5 minutes. Drain when they are “al dente” and let them cook.

- Take 3 or 4 asparagus as a time and wrap them into one slice of cheese and speck.

- Arrange the involtini in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with some grated cheese.

Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
