Ingredients
- 100g Goat cheese
- 80g Natural salmon fillets
- 16 Voulevant
- Fresh mint
- Extra Virgin olive oil

Introduction

During the hottest months staying in the kitchen and cook is a very challenge (not for me, I couldn’t stop baking cakes and pizzas just because it’s hot...). Try then these quick and easy voulevant, they’re perfect for the happy hour or to start a lunch with lightness.instead of voulevant, you can also spread the mousse over pancakes or slices of toasted bread.  



Directions

- Remove salmon from liquid, place into a small bowl and smash with a fork.

- Add to the goat cheese, together with the mint leaves and some extra Virgin olive oil. Stir to combine and put the mixture into a pastry bag. 

- Fill the voulevant with the mousse and garnish with fresh mint leaves on the top.
