Ingredients
- 200g All purpose flour
- 30g Cocoa powder
- 150g Sugar
- 2 Tsp Baking powder
- 175ml Vegetable Milk
- 50ml Sunflower oil
- 2 Tsp Pure hazelnuts paste

Introduction

Making muffins is very easy guys! You need just one bowl and one spoon, that’s it! And, if you want your muffins to be fluffy and soft please don’t over mix! Lumps of flour are fine. This is the secret. Today, my chocolate vegan version eggs and lactose free! Try them!



Directions

- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar and yeast. Do the same with the liquids, in another bowl.

- Add liquids to dry ingredients and mix to combine. 

- Spoon into the muffins pan and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20min.
