La Mozzarella In Carrozza - Vegan brownies
Chocolate vegan brownies, without eggs and butter. Vegan dessert. Vegan cake. Easy and quick dessert.

- 100g All purpose flour
- 50g Coconut flour (or any other Dry fruits flour)
- 30g Cocoa powder
- 100g Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 120g Dark Chocolate, melted
- 200ml Vegetable Milk
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil


Brownies are one of my favorite dessert, simply fudgy and irresistible! The original recipe is rich in butter and eggs but today I’ve made completely vegan Chocolate brownies! Perfect as a Sweet snack or for your coffee break. Enjoy!


- In a large bowl, mix together flour, coconut flour, Cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder. 

- Add melted Chocolate and the Milk. Stir in the Vegetable oil and mix until combined.

- Put the batter into a square baking tray (20x20) and bake at 180 degrees for 20min. Let chill before cutting and serving.
